The Company

Cigar Box Factory Estelí belongs to a Corporation with more than 30 years experience in the tobacco industry; specialized in the cigar packaging development. Our mission is to provide a unique service in the cigar box and humidor production through a maximum efficiency manufacturing process, achieving thus a high quality and economic product.

The Factory

Cigar Box Factory Estelí is located in the tobacconist heart of Nicaragua, in Estelí. We operate in Free Zone, an our new facilites, more than 2000 M2, are located in Panamericana, and it has first class machines, almost all imported from Europe, that together with our qualified staff, guarantees the highest quality and productivity providing our customer a unique cigar boxes production.

WHAT WE DO

The Products

For our products, we use a big diversity of materials, specially developed for cigar box productions. We import all our paint and varnish from Europe, being one of the few factories in the area that can offer high high gloss finish, and develop our own plywood and hardwares. Our materials, together with our big range of designs, allow us to meet our customer needs, creating a unique product specially customized for them.

Woods

Cigar Box Factory Estelí uses, for boxes production, manly three different kinds of woods: Poplar plywood, Okume plywood, Solid cedar.

Metal Fittings

Cigar Box Factory Estelí designs and produces its own metal fittings therefore, there are varied prices and customization options.

Graphics and Logos

Cigar Box Factory Estelí uses different techniques to obtain the desired case graphics: Silkscreen, Hot stamping, Metal sticker, Laser printing, Paper applications.

Finishing
